About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting a Cabin Crew Examiner for their Egypt operations to design and deliver training courses to Cabin Crew staff in accordance with Air Arabia standards and ECAA regulations. This is a specialized training and examination role requiring 4+ years of aviation experience, previous experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor and Examiner, and a valid ECAA Cabin Crew Instructor and Examiner License. The position involves delivering initial, conversion, recurrent and refresher training, conducting safety assessments, maintaining crew licensing records, and supporting audit requirements. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluent English language skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Education, or equivalent diploma
- 4+ years of active experience as a Designated Cabin Crew Examiner/Instructor in Aviation
- Valid ECAA Cabin Crew Instructor and Cabin Crew Examiner License
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor and Examiner (essential)
- Training certificates such as 'Train the Trainer', 'Instructive Training', or 'Professional Skills'
- Audio Visual equipment management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
- Familiar with ECAA rules and regulations pertaining to cabin services and licensing
- Experience conducting training on Airline Safety
- Experience planning, designing and delivering training courses
- Ability to produce, interpret and assimilate data
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with internal/external audit practices
