About This Role
Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is recruiting entry-level Cabin Crew members for their East Midlands base with training starting in March. This position requires no prior experience as comprehensive, free training is provided. Successful candidates must be between 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters unaided, and hold unrestricted UK work rights. Requirements
- No prior cabin crew experience required
- Height between 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
- Ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must pass English Language Assessment
- Must complete mandatory English proficiency test
- Must complete situational judgment test
- Flexible and adaptable
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Willing to work shift roster (early starts from 5am and late finishes until midnight)
- Customer-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Passion for travel and meeting new people
