About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Cairo base to join their international airline operations. This entry-level position welcomes fresh graduates and those with previous customer service or hospitality experience in the aviation industry. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a positive, customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle diverse passengers and emergency situations. Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate
- Fluent in English language
- Good general health and fit to fly
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable with friendly and cheerful demeanor
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes
- First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training (advantageous)
- Active cabin crew license (advantageous)
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience (advantageous)
- Diploma in Travel/Tourism (advantageous)
- Other languages besides English (advantageous)
