Air Arabia is hosting a recruitment drive in Tbilisi, Georgia for Cabin Crew positions. This is an entry-level opportunity open to fresh graduates with no prior experience required. Candidates must be between 20-29 years old (up to 33 if experienced), meet minimum height requirements, and be able to swim with flotation device aid.
Requirements
- Age between 20-29 years for non-experienced crew, up to 33 years for experienced crew
- Minimum height 160cm (Female), 170cm (Male)
- Weight in proportion to age and height
- No visible tattoos or marks when wearing cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate minimum
- Fluent in English language (written and verbal)
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable with friendly and cheerful attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working in shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience is an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
