Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew for their new hub based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with a recruitment drive in Beirut, Lebanon. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or those with customer service experience in aviation/hospitality. The role focuses on passenger safety, excellent customer service, and achieving revenue targets on board.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions
- Presentable and friendly appearance
- Positive attitude and ability to work under stress
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle difficult situations and angry customers
- Capable of identifying irregularities and handling emergencies
- Proactive and self-motivated with positive teamwork competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes
- First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training (added value)
- Diploma in Travel/Tourism (preferred)
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience (added value)
- Active cabin crew license (advantage)
- Other languages beyond English (advantage)
