About This Role
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an experienced Cabin Attendant for a Gulfstream G700 based in Oxford, Connecticut. This full-time position offers $190,000-$195,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of cabin attendant experience in Part 91/135 large cabin private or corporate jet operations and reside within a two-hour commute to the aircraft's base. The role involves managing cabin operations, maintaining inventory, providing exceptional service to VVIP clientele, and maintaining flexible schedules to accommodate the owner's travel needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Cabin Attendant experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in large cabin private or corporate jet environment
  • Reside within a 2-hour drivable commute to KOXC (Oxford, Connecticut)
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Active Food Handler Certification
  • Valid, unexpired passport
  • Current Emergency Training certification from approved provider (within past 12 months)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments
  • Must complete Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in day, night, and all weather conditions
  • Ability to work without direct management supervision
  • Must be able to reason, analyze, and solve problems
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a distracting environment
