Metrea seeks an experienced C-135FR Lead Pilot to command a three-person crew and provide technical expertise on aerial refueling operations. Requires 9+ years C-135FR experience, current type rating, and French citizenship with NATO Secret clearance eligibility. Position includes 45-60 day international rotations with frequent travel.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL or equivalent pilot license
- Past C-135FR rating (valid until at least 2020)
- Minimum 9+ years working with C-135FR aircraft
- College degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Passport
- Maintain all applicable medical and flight certifications
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- French citizen
- Able to maintain an active NATO Secret clearance
- Legally authorized and able to obtain and maintain work visas in various countries including India
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to read and understand diagrams and schematics
- Proven knowledge of communication, navigation, and surveillance systems
- Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles proficiency
