Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience as a pilot
- Minimum 3 years experience as a C-130/L-382 Aircraft Pilot Instructor
- Minimum 2500 hours of flight time as a C-130/L-382 Pilot
- Minimum 4-year college degree or recognized equivalent
- Previous experience in curriculum development
- Ability to hold credibility and attention of customer attendees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Math skills for aviation flight planning and fuel consumption calculations
- Sufficient intellectual and personal skills to evaluate and re-direct students
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to conduct instruction for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to do foreign travel for extended assignments
- Ability to climb stairs and operate aircraft controls
- Ability to tolerate simulation vibration and acoustic environment
- US military or civil airline records of prior flight/simulator time
- Valid US work authorization
