About This Role
Ryanair is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Gdansk base in Poland, part of Europe's largest airline group with 90+ operational bases. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as Ryanair provides comprehensive, free training and certification. Candidates must be between 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters unaided, fluent in English, and comfortable with shift work including early morning and late-night duties.
