About This Role
Breeze Airways is hiring Part-Time Flight Attendants for the Raleigh-Durham crew base. Flight Attendants are responsible for guest safety and comfort, with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Candidates must live within two hours of RDU and successfully complete initial training.

Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Adequate head clearance in cabin
  • Able to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Pass vision and hearing test
  • Pass security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
  • Pass Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from United States
  • Current passport with minimum 6 months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willing to relocate based on operational needs if applicable
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to report for work at assigned base for assigned trips
  • Able to work reserve assignments
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to read announcements clearly and give emergency commands
  • Ability to think independently while collaborating with team
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to close overhead compartments with maximum push/pull force of 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist disabled passengers into/out of inflight wheelchair
  • Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts with maximum force of 60 pounds
  • Ability to perform all safety-related procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in handling difficult situations and conflict de-escalation
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all organizational levels
  • Live within two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
  • Comply with company piercing guidelines (nose studs only: single 2mm or smaller in silver, gold or gemstone)
  • No teeth embellishments in uniform
  • No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform
  • Tattoos allowed if within company guidelines
