Ameriflight, the nation's largest Part 135 cargo airline, seeks a Beechcraft 1900 Captain for outstation domicile in San Angelo, TX. Position operates 4 round trips weekly with Monday-Thursday evening flights to San Antonio. Requires 1800 TT, 1000 PIC, and previous multi-turbine PIC and FAR 121/135 experience.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (multi-engine land with instrument rating)
- High performance and complex endorsements required
- Minimum 1800 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC
- Minimum 500 hours cross-country (point to point)
- Minimum 250 hours multi-engine
- Minimum 100 hours turbine
- Minimum 100 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft)
- Minimum 100 hours night flying
- Previous multi-turbine PIC strongly preferred
- Previous FAR 121/135 experience required
- Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within past 6 months
- FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions
- First Class or Second Class Medical Certificate (First Class required for international operations)
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Current valid passport
- English proficiency
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Must meet airport badging requirements including TSA Security background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Meet all company insurance criteria
