About This Role
Ryanair is offering a B737 Cadet Programme through Airline Flight Academy (AFA) for highly motivated pilots who have completed initial flight training. Successful candidates will receive world-class training and have the opportunity to fly the B737 8200 for Ryanair Group. The programme offers the fastest time to command with unrivalled career progression opportunities including SFI, LTC, TRE, and TRI roles. Trainees will benefit from a stable 5 days on, 4 days off roster and structured training including ground school, simulator training, and line training across the network.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring duties in B737 operations
- Line training across Ryanair network in various airports
- Completion of simulator training and assessments
- Flight operations following industry-leading SOPs

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in EU and/or UK
- Not over 65 years old
- Valid EASA CPL Frozen ATPL or UK CAA Licence
- Valid EU Part-MED Class 1 medical certificate
- Valid multi-engine instrument rating
- EASA Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) certificate
- EASA APS MCC certificate
- 100 hours PIC (modular) or 70 hours PIC (integrated training)
- Operational Level English proficiency (Level 4)
- Ability to pass enhanced background check
- Preference given to Ryanair Future Flyer Academy graduates from official partner flight schools
