ATR is seeking a Flight Crew Training Manager to lead flight instruction teams at their Toulouse headquarters. This is a management position requiring 1500 hours total flight time, 1000 hours instruction experience, and 5+ years on ATR training. SFI ATR qualification on all variants and fluency in English and French required.
Requirements
- SFI ATR qualification required (all variants: legacy + 600 glass cockpit)
- Technical expert in theoretical and practical instruction of ATR + flight handling
- Operational experience in airline or military
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours instruction experience
- Minimum 5 years instruction in ATO (Approved Training Organization) on ATR
- Technical knowledge of ATR systems and procedures
- Mastery of ATR training (Type Rating, differences courses, REC training, IR/PBN, UPRT)
- Mastery of aeronautical training tools (FFS, FPT)
- Mastery of pedagogy applied to crew training (CBTA, EBT)
- Mastery of training of trainers (IM, IFC, TCI)
- Regulatory mastery of FCL and Part-OPS
- Management experience of instructor teams with various skills (IM, SFI, TCI)
- Experience with METIS Training Management System (TMS)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI integration)
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
- CRM and pedagogy expertise
- Leadership and team management capabilities
