About This Role
KF Aerospace is seeking Captain applications for its YVR (Vancouver) Base, with preference given to ATR 72 qualified Captains as the company transitions to a fleet of ATR 72-500 aircraft flying air cargo domestically. The role supports the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract extended until 2035, operating routes Monday to Friday from YVR (returning to YVR each evening), with most weekends and statutory holidays off and a typical flying schedule of 12-14 days per month. A signing bonus is offered (up to $20,000.00 depending on AT72 PPC currency), with a salary range of $110,317.95 to $155,746.91 annually.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fly the company fleet of ATR 72-500 aircraft on domestic air cargo routes from the Vancouver (YVR) Base, operating Monday to Friday from YVR to YYJ, YVR to YKA and YXS, and YVR to YLW (returning to YVR each evening) in support of the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract.
Requirements
- Current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
- Multi Engine and Group 1 Instrument Ratings
- Minimum 4,000 Hours Total Time
- Preference will be given to applicants having transport category turbine or turbojet experience
- A Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian work permit
- Must be able to obtain and retain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Ability to travel/operate to the United States, and any other countries within our network
- No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
- Fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
