About This Role
KF Aerospace is seeking Captain applications for its YVR (Vancouver) base, with preference given to ATR 72 qualified captains as the company transitions to a fleet of ATR 72-500 aircraft flying air cargo domestically. The position supports the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract (extended until 2035), operating Monday to Friday from YVR to YYJ, YKA, YXS and YLW, returning to YVR each evening. Typical flying schedule is 12-14 days per month with most weekends and statutory holidays off. A signing bonus is included.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fly ATR 72-500 air cargo operations domestically, operating the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract routes Monday to Friday from YVR to YYJ, YVR to YKA and YXS, and YVR to YLW, returning to YVR each evening.
Requirements
- Current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
- Multi Engine and Group 1 Instrument Ratings
- Minimum 4,000 Hours Total Time
- Preference will be given to applicants having transport category turbine or turbojet experience
- A Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian work permit
- Must be able to obtain and retain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Ability to travel/operate to the United States, and any other countries within our network
- No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
- Fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
