Perimeter Aviation seeks an Assistant Flight Attendant Manager to support day-to-day operations of the flight attendant department across multiple Canadian bases. This supervisory role requires one year of flight attendant experience plus two years of supervisory/management and instructing experience, with responsibilities including crew management, training delivery, and safety standards oversight.
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma
- Minimum one year experience as a Perimeter Flight Attendant or equivalent
- Minimum two years of previous supervisory/management experience
- Minimum two years of previous instructing experience
- Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards
- Knowledge of Aeronautics Act
- Knowledge of Company Operations Manual
- Knowledge of Air Operating Certificate/Operating Specifications
- Current valid passport
- Able to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Physically able to perform all listed job duties
- Manual dexterity for computer and telephone use
- Able to attend and conduct presentations
- Previous union experience
- Strong compliance history with Standard Operating Procedures
- Aviation Management Software experience (asset)
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training (asset)
