About This Role
MGM Resorts International is seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Pilot for their corporate business aviation operations based in Atlantic City, Nevada. This leadership position requires a Captain-level pilot with extensive experience in large-cabin business jets and a strong background in flight operations management, training, or instruction. Candidates must have a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, 2500 hours on multi-engine turbine aircraft, and hold type ratings on company-owned aircraft. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage corporate flight operations
  • Oversee pilot training and proficiency programs
  • Develop and implement flight procedures with jet aircraft
  • Supervise aviation operations and crew management
  • Conduct line inspections and evaluations

Requirements
  • Valid FAA ATPL license
  • Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 2500 hours multi-engine turbine time
  • Type rating required on company-owned aircraft
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Experience operating large-cabin aircraft
  • Experience in advanced electronic/digital avionics cockpits
  • 2+ years of prior relevant aviation experience
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in aviation training/leadership position as line instructor/evaluator or equipment training manager in jet aircraft
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience developing and implementing procedures with jet aircraft in a formalized capacity
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in an aviation operations supervisory role
  • No FAA accidents/incidents
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
