Requirements
- Associate degree in aviation-related or business administration field (or equivalent work experience)
- Able to qualify as a line Captain on Mountain Air Cargo aircraft
- Familiar with Federal Regulations and airline industry practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, safety rules, and operating procedures
- Ability to write management reports and correspondence
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal and group situations
- Stay current on industry events and regulatory developments
- Willing to travel up to 20% to offsite locations
- Able to work 24/7 as needed for operational support
