Requirements
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant aviation experience
- Previous experience working in a Part 141 flight school strongly preferred
- Must meet FAR 141.35 or 141.36 requirements
- Valid pilot license (Private or Commercial minimum)
- Valid Class 3 Medical Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
