About This Role
Top Aces is seeking experienced Alpha Jet Pilots to support their world-leading contracted adversary air (ADAIR) services and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) training operations. Founded by former Royal Canadian Air Force CF-18 fighter pilots, the company has flown 130,000+ hours without accident in support of Canada, the U.S., and NATO allies. Candidates must hold a valid Transport Canada ATPL or CPL with instrument rating, minimum 2000 hours PIC in fighter aircraft (1000 hours on multi-role fighter attack aircraft), and 3+ years operational experience within the last 10 years. Requirements
- Valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2000 hours Pilot-In-Command in fighter aircraft
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC on multi-role fighter attack aircraft
- Minimum 3 years operational experience within the last 10 years
- Held an operational flying position within the last 2 years
- Experience with Large Force Employment, Close Air Support, Precision Guided Munitions, Accurate Munitions and Unguided Munitions
- Able to communicate in English; French an asset
- Level II security clearance with the Canadian Government
- Ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
- Fit to fly as PIC on Alpha Jet
- Able to work flexible schedule
- Willing to work outdoors
- Willing to travel
- Qualified Fighter Weapons Instructor is an asset
- Experience operating a Towed Target system is an asset
