About This Role
Carson Air is seeking an experienced Medevac Captain to join their air ambulance operations across multiple bases in Canada. Candidates require an ATPL license with a minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time (1,000 PIC) and multi-engine experience, with BE30 type rating preferred. Requirements
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot) rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time on fixed-wing aircraft (preferred)
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC (Pilot-in-Command) time (preferred)
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine flight time (preferred)
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine PIC (preferred)
- Minimum 100 hours on type (BE30) (preferred)
- Minimum 50 hours PIC on type (preferred)
- Minimum 500 hours mountain flying experience (preferred)
- BE30 type rating (preferred)
- Valid Group 1 Pilot Medical Certificate from Transport Canada approved Medical Examiner
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions
- Ability to obtain TSA clearance
- Ability to obtain simulator training approval in the United States
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and Internet
- Fluency or proficiency in English language
- Willing to sign Training Bond Agreement (unless current BE30 type rating holder)
