Hillsboro Aero Academy, one of the largest flight training schools in the U.S., is seeking Airplane Flight Instructors to join their team in Redmond, Oregon. The academy has been training professional pilots since 1980 and is known throughout the industry for producing high-quality aviation professionals. Candidates must hold a valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate and be certified as an Airplane Flight Instructor (CFI), with CFII required and MEI preferred. Requirements
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate
- Valid FAA Certified Airplane Flight Instructor (CFI) rating
- Instrument Instructor (CFII) rating required
- Multi-engine Instructor (MEI) rating preferred
- Dual instruction experience in Cessna aircraft
- Piper Seminole experience
- Multi-cultural experience
- Ability to work minimum six days per week
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Sound judgment and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Physically and mentally capable of performing instructional duties
