About This Role
Airbus Beijing is seeking Synthetic Flight Instructors to deliver training to airline crews converting to Airbus aircraft. Requires EASA ATPL with valid SFI/TRI authorization, 1500 hours on A320/A330/A350 with 100 PIC hours on Airbus FBW aircraft, and prior simulator instructor experience. This is a permanent full-time position.
Requirements
- Hold or have held an EASA ATPL license
- Valid EASA SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) or TRI (Type Rating Instructor) Authorization
- Minimum 1500 hours on A320, A330, or A350
- Minimum 100 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft
- Prior simulator instructor experience as SFI/TRI on A320 or A330
- Fluent English proficiency for teaching, briefing and debriefing
- Ability to teach operational and technical aspects of Airbus aircraft
- Knowledge of normal and emergency procedures per Airworthiness authorities
- Experience with Full Flight Simulators and pilot training devices
