About This Role
VDCI (Rentokil Initial) is seeking an Aerial Pilot to conduct aerial pest control missions from Jackson, MS. The company is the global leader in pest control services operating across more than 90 countries. Candidates must hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Flight Instructor ratings and a minimum of 300 hours total flight time (100+ hours multi-engine) plus prior aerial application experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct preflight and postflight aircraft inspections
- Fly aerial pest control missions as required
- Report all aircraft squawks to Chief Pilot and/or Director of Maintenance
- Load and unload aircraft
- Maintain clean, tidy work environment
- Act as liaison between customers, Chief Pilot, and Assistant Chief Pilot
- Maintain valid aerial licenses in required states
- Document all flight data per FAA requirements
- Comply with OSHA, state, and government PPE and Hazmat safety requirements
- Maintain professional attitude representing VDCI

Requirements
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
- Flight Instructor rating with Instrument and Multi-engine Land ratings
- Minimum 300 hours total flight time (1000 hours preferred)
- Minimum 100 hours multi-engine time (350 hours preferred)
- 25 hours flight time within last 12 calendar months
- Minimum 100 hours Part 137 aerial application work (300 hours preferred)
- Served as Intern Pilot for minimum 1 season (April-November)
- Valid Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Pass drug test
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal, state, and local licenses/certificates
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work Monday-Friday and some weekends as needed
