About This Role
Emirates is seeking experienced Airbus First Officers for their Accelerated Command program in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity combining enhanced compensation with a fast-track pathway to Captain, requiring just 700 stick hours and successful completion of two EBT recurrent modules before eligibility for command upgrade assessment. Candidates must have a minimum of 5,000 total flight hours with 2,000 hours command time on Boeing/Airbus FBW aircraft, plus valid ICAO ATPL and Class 1 Medical. The position offers an exceptional tax-free annual package of AED 970,000 (USD 260,000) including housing, education allowances for up to 3 children, 42 days annual leave with confirmed business class tickets, and comprehensive benefits. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus FBW aircraft on scheduled routes from Dubai base
- Operate in right-hand seat (First Officer position) for a minimum of 700 stick hours
- Complete Evidence Based Training (EBT) recurrent training modules
- Demonstrate required performance standards for accelerated command upgrade eligibility
- Participate in command assessment process upon meeting upgrade criteria

Requirements
- Minimum 5,000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
- Minimum 2,000 hours command time on Boeing/Airbus FBW types
- Minimum 1,000 hours on Airbus FBW aircraft
- Airbus FBW type flown within the past 3 years
- Valid ICAO ATPL license
- ATPL type-rating for the aircraft currently flown
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate with no limitations (except visual corrections)
- ICAO English Level 5 or above
- Successfully complete two Evidence Based Training (EBT) recurrent training modules
- Achieve minimum 700 stick hours in right-hand seat before command upgrade eligibility
