About This Role
Ab-initio (cadet) pilot programme at Platoon Aviation, a Hamburg-based private B2B charter operator flying a floating fleet of 12 Pilatus PC-24 jets across Europe. Over a three-year full-time programme based in the Hamburg office, the cadet rotates through operational departments while Platoon finances their commercial pilot licence: ATPL theory via distance learning at CAT Aviation and the practical phase at partner flight school FTO Nord. The goal is to qualify as a first officer on the PC-24 after obtaining the licence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work full-time at the Hamburg office for three years, getting to know various departments before assignment to a specific department, while completing ATPL theory as a distance-learning course at CAT Aviation and the practical flight phase at partner flight school FTO Nord, with the aim of starting a career as a first officer on the PC-24.
Requirements
- EASA PPL(A) licence (completed or in an advanced stage).
- Completed vocational training or a university degree.
- EU-passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU.
- Driving license.
- The training programme is intended for candidates who only hold a PPL(A) and want to obtain their Frozen ATPL(A) while working in our office.
