Air Arabia Group is seeking an A320 First Officer to be based in Dammam, KSA. The role involves conducting flights in accordance with operational manuals and civil aviation regulations, with ultimate responsibility for safety and efficiency. Candidates must have an appropriate ATPL License and a minimum of 4000 hours of flying, with Airbus 320 experience preferred.
Requirements
- Appropriate ATPL License
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per airline and civil aviation authority standards
- Pass Medical Fitness check-up as per airline and civil aviation authority standards
- Training in safety and emergency response
- Proficient in Aircraft systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Very good in written and verbal communication skills
- Very good in English Language
- Minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft
- Airbus 320 experience preferred
- Experience with low-cost airline is highly desirable
- Possess acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures
- Possess knowledge and exposure to handle security or safety related roles
- Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to Flight Operations
- Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations
- Capable to perform in a changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios
- Composed, self-confident and focused, capable of handling emergencies and threats with efficiency
- Proven skills in analysing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions
- Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- High accuracy and attention to both results and details
- Employs technical expertise and interpersonal relations to support company’s objectives
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs
