About This Role
Breeze Airways is seeking an A220 Ground Instructor to provide ground-based instruction for new hire and recurrent training for pilots in their Airbus fleet. The position requires 2+ years of aviation instructor experience, with preferred experience in Part 121 flight operations and airline classroom teaching. Requirements
- 2+ years of aviation instructor experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
- Must pass Breeze background check
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- May require travel
- Satisfactorily complete required training
- Previous Part 121 flight crewmember experience (preferred)
- Previous airline or aviation classroom teaching experience (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels
